Truly a special and unique home, a former bed and breakfast, this little garden oasis in the heart of historic Hyannis best describes this lovely house. Lushly landscaped, this circa 1830's Cape was moved to its current location in 1898 and retains many of its historic details and charm. Wide plank painted wood floors, single panel doors with iron hardware let you step into the past while enjoying the modern conveniences of luxury towels and sheets, custom made drapes and the new bathrooms that have been added in found spaces. It has the location: walk to beach and walk to Main St. with its 30 + restaurants and even more shops, the John F Kennedy Museum and only one mile to the scenic Hyannis Harbor where you can take the ferries to the islands. BBQ or just relax with a glass of wine in a plant-filled patio or read the afternoon away on the pretty screened in porch. This house has 4 bedrooms decorated with vintage furniture and accessories as well as plenty of beautiful books.

    Payment #2 $1000.00 - $1500.00 (depending on rental week)USD due 1 month after initial booking.

    All Reservations after May 1st must be paid in full.
