Newport condo Rental Property Information

This gorgeous 2 bedroom 1 bath condo had a complete renovation that was finished in 2007. The unit is state of the art and has all the amenities of even the best hotels. The location is perfect - right downtown Newport and 100 yards from the harbor. It is a 5 min. walk to all of the marinas, 30 restaurants, and 100 shops. The unit features a private roof deck that has panoramic views of Newport Harbor. The deck has beautiful teak furniture and a grill. Inside the unit features among other things: Brazilian cherry floors throughout, an all slate bathroom and shower with rain shower head, granite countertops, and top of the line appliances including a jenn air chefs stove. The unit also features a state of the art sound system. Each room in the unit has built in Boston acoustic speakers that can select from music from your i pod, CDs, the radio, or even the movie or TV show you are watching in the living room. There is a 32 inch LCD high def TV. Unit has central AC.

Newport is a famous old port town that was the summer escape for all of the richest families in the US. It is a huge sailing community and also features world class museums, restaurants, shopping. There is as event almost every weekend ranging from jazz fest, film festivals and even chowder festivals. It is an amazingly beautiful town where you can pretty much walk to everything.

The shower is all slate with a giant oversize rain shower head that downpours water. It is adjustable to a number of different settings depending on your preference. The bathroom also has a stackable washer and dryer. The bathroom also has built in speakers so you can listen to music while you shower.
