Fully furnished kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave. Fully stocked with utensils, dish ware, pots and pans, including a lobster pot! A new (June '08) outside gas grille is also provided, along with cooking utensils for that special summer barbecue. Living room comes complete with digital cable TV, DVD, VCR, and Game Cube. Master bedroom has king bed, cable TV, DVD, closet, and private bath with skylight window. Three other bedrooms: one queen, two full size, all furnished and with ample closets. Convenient washer and dryer at no extra cost.

Point Judith Light Just Down Route 108 Pt. Judith Light and Coast Guard Station sit on the western entrance to the Narragansett Bay. The original wooden tower was built in 1810, but was blown over during a storm six years later. A replacement stone tower lasted until 1857, when the current octagonal tower was erected. The upper part of the tower is painted dark brown. The light is easily reached on Rt. 108, just past the turn-off to Galilee and the Block Island ferry. Turn right after Iggy's.
Newport Just Over The Newport Bridge A fantastic day trip into the gilded age. Visit historic mansions such as Rosecliff or Marble House. Drive by the home where the Kennedy's married. Fly a kite on the ocean at Bretton Point. Or just enjoy a restaurant and stroll along the waterfront. International Tennis Hall of Fame: Van Allen Cup Championships July 9-15th, Gibson Guitar Champions Cup August 22-26th featuring Hall of Famers Jim Courier, John McEnroe, and Mats Wilander. Pete Sampras induction ceremony July 14th. Visit and see the history including the famous grass courts.
Golfing Venues Rhode Island has some of the best golfing available in New England. Local courses that the avid golfer will enjoy include Newport National in Portsmouth, just on the other side of Newport, North Kingston Municipal, a great track that borders an Air National Guard site and the Bay, Winnapaug in Westerly is a nice Ross design, and Laurel Lane is a very playable course set in the countryside.
