Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Peak season is weekly rental only ($1050 per week) - July and August
    Off peak is weekly rental ($650 per week) or weekend rental ($350 per weekend) - May, June, and September
    Check in time:2:00 pm - check out time 10:00 am. Requires 50% down at time of booking (plus security deposit of $200.00 to be refunded within 10 days following departure, less any deductions for damage. Remaining balance due 30-days prio to arrival. Rate does not include Maine Tax of 7%.
