Our rental apartment is located in the Bavaro Beach area just three minutes' walk to the beach in the area well known as El Cortecito. Our Apartment complex name is Santa Maria Del Mar. This is a very quiet and tranquil residence since all units are privately owned. ***Only 20 Minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport.***
We rent the largest of the apartments in the complex which includes a very large terrace great for sun bathing or star gazing. The complex is surrounded by Beach Resorts, Casinos, Restaurants and souvenirs stores, Beauty parlors, supermarkets, Tours and more located within walking distance.
This apartment is fully equipped with all you will need on your vacations, all you have to do is come and enjoy the Beautiful beaches in Punta Cana.

Nearest resort is the Carabella Hotel just one Block from apartment and two blocks away from the beach. Also about 5 minutes walk to the picturestic town of el Cortecito, perfect place to find souvenirs, restaurants facing the Ocean, grocery stores and bank/ATM.
from the Airport there is one main road that goes along the resorts, take this road and as soon as you get to the Carabella Resort make a left Half a block to end of street and you will see us to your left on the right hand corner.
