Katama house Rental Property Information

This beautifully appointed Katama home offers a welcoming living room with cathedral ceilings, and features a two story fireplace as its center piece. The home has a large country kitchen which can comfortably seat eight at its farmhouse style table, and along with a small butcher block island, additional seating for two is easily afforded. The home has three bedrooms and a loft and comfortably sleeps 8-10. French doors lead from the country kitchen to the full deck that overlooks the manicured back lawn. The deck extends the length of the house, and offers a sitting area with table and chairs as well as a gas grill. Off the deck is an outside shower. There is a separate fully screened, very quaint post & beam cedar paneled boat house on the property that makes for a wonderful getaway for an evening cocktail hour. The large loft has both media viewing and 2 large sofas for convenient and comfortable additional sleeping. Modern amenities are available such as wireless internet.

  • Payment is due in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment is accepted by personal check (depending on time frame), money order, or major credit card (Master Card & Visa Only). Massachusetts & local lodging taxes are included in the rate.

    To secure your reservation of a week or more, a deposit of $500 is due at the time you make your Reservation. For rentals of less than a week a security deposit of $250 is required. Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, or property damage, the security/reservation deposit will be returned in full approximately 1-2 weeks after your departure.
  • Housekeeping & Cleaning Deposit:
    The condo is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals.

    Linens & Towels
    Pillows, blankets, linens and towels are all included in the rate. You may bring your own linens and towels if you desire but the rate will remain the same.
