No hidden fees There are no additional fees - sales tax has been built into the daily cost.

Additional Info on Home This home is a lower-unit of a four family building. It has its own private entrance. (Therefore this is why I chose the type as 'townhome'). There are no stairs in this unit.

Current & planned updates: Master bath is fully remodeled. Also, new furniture has been ordered. If all goes as planned there will also be central air installed prior to this season beginning.
