Del Mar condo Rental Property Information

Beautiful two bedroom Condo with two full bathrooms. This ocean front complex has private access to the beach. An entertainment room overlooks the Pacific with a fireplace for fun entertaining. Two tennis courts, two ocean front pools, walk to Del Mar Race Track, shops and restaurants. Close to everything but very private and quiet complex with a lot of open space. Very rare for beach areas. All on one level. Beautifully and comfortably decorated. Linens are gorgeous, soft and comfortable. Everything is laundered with hypo-allergenic cleaners. This fabulous jewel is by a heated pool with it's own patio with umbrella for outdoor dining (not direct ocean front, steps away). Very spacious 1400 square feet that feels larger. Patio doors to both front and back patio. (Safely gated so that children may play on the patio without being able to access the pool.)

Walk to Cedros Design District, on Sundays there is a fabulous farmers market with beautiful fruits, vegetables, olive oil, sandwiches, homemade tamales and many other goodies from local growers and producers. Walk to the Del Mar Race Track. Seven minutes to Torrey Pines Golf Course. Ten minutes La Costa Resort and Spa. The village of Del Mar is filled with shops, restaurants and art. Fifteen minutes to the famous La Jolla Village.
