Playa Flamingo condo Rental Property Information

This is a two bedroom brand new (just built) condo adjacent to the most private beautiful beach in Potrero Beach, Costa Rica. Our beach is the safest, no ripe tides and water like glass. We have filled this house with the finest furniture and accessories to make this a stay in Costa Rica to remember. We found this spot years ago while surfing with our kids and now have fulfilled a lifelong dream of being on the beach and seeing no one for miles as we snorkel, surf and just be lazy. This is a great spot for kids young and old since its walking distance to everything. Get a fish taco and watch the sunset or go into the jungle and watch howler monkeys swing from tree to tree. We also made this easy for working on vacation with wireless internet access, free international phone calling and cable. There are two televisions, DVD players etc.. Two couches, one pulls out into a sleeper bed. Several beaches are strung along the Potrero Bay. Swimming and water sports are popular, restaurants.

We are adjacent to Patrero Beach which is considered one the premier beaches in all of Costa Rica. Very few people live there so at times the beach is your own. Whether you want to sit on the deck and watch the sunset or be at the beach swimming, fishing, boating is up to you. If you are more adventurous you can go a block down to the a resort and utilize all their activities. They have access to Deep Sea Fishing, Surfing Lessons, Horseback Riding on beach, visit the Volcanoes Trip, Canopy Rides, Turtles, Alligator Tours, Boating, Jungle Tours, and everything you want to do in Costa Rica. The closest airport is Tamarindo which can be accessed through San Jose or better yet fly into Liberia non stop from cities such as Houston, LA, Chicago, Charlotte, Dallas, New York and its only a half hour drive to the coast.

Beach details Several beaches are strung along the Potrero Bay. Swimming and water sports are popular, and hotels along the bay offer equipment rentals. The black sand beach found here is called Prieta Beach, while Penca Beach is a stretch of white sand. The largest beach strand is found in the middle of the bay and is called Potrero Beach. A small settlement is found here as well.
