September and October are beautiful months to visit the Cape, too!. 5 bedroom home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in North Chatham. 4 baths, one with jacuzzi. 4000+ square feet of living space. Extra large sunny deck and a farmer's porch overlooking 6 acres of conservation land. Downstairs includes, sunroom, family room, kitchen, dining room, living room and small playroom. About 2 miles to Pleasant Bay Beach. Rights to Lover's Lake in neighborhood. Renters in June, July, and August receive 20 lbs cooked lobster per week from the owner, a commercial fisherman.

Chatham is a fantastic town for beaching, boating, antiques, shopping and relaxing. There are many fine beaches in the area along with award winning restaurants. The town boasts more than 3 fish markets and a fish pier where you can watch the locals unload their catch. Band concerts held down town every Friday night at 8pm!
