  • There are four bedrooms in the main house. 3 upstairs and 1 one downstairs. The first has a King bed and it is in the right side of the house (very close to the pool) set apart. It has shoji windows that open to show a fabulous Mountain View. There is a bathroom on that side, but just a pool (full) bath. The second bedroom has a king as well. The beds in that room can be pulled apart and made into twins, the third has a queen and the fourth is a 'bunk room' with a twin (downstairs). That would be a great room for kids. This home has a functional design. It is an older home but has many upgrades and is well taken care of.The bedrooms open onto decking and then the pool. The kitchen is super and has a gas stove! There is a lot of outdoor living space. There is a cottage on property but it not a rental.

The pool and hot tub are central in the center of the house. The Pool deck attaches the 2 buildings that make up the house. There is a large pool deck made of flagstone and a big deck off of that pool deck on the back of the home. There is also covered deck on the front of the house to view the ocean and outer islands. It is a very island style home and open air. Very peaceful and quiet with open land behind the property.

Main house I have more pics and web site. Please inquire. On the slopes of Haleakala and above Wailea this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath main home is peacefully located in a lush tropical setting on a landscaped ½ acre. The main home is built in two buildings with a flagstone deck attaching the buildings. It is a really unique design and the breezeway/decking provides great views all around. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, on the South side of Maui, Wailea/Kihei, that overlooks the ocean and outer islands. It is only 1.5 miles to the gorgeous Wailea beaches. The Shops at Wailea are again within 2 miles. There are beautiful views of the ocean and Mt. Haleakala, the island of Lanai, and Koholawe. All year round you can watch the sunsets across the horizon. The swimming pool and hot tub is surrounded by a great flagstone deck. A flagstone breezeway attaches the main house to the 'pool side' bedroom, bath and laundry room. All ocean view!

The main home has many upgrades, including granite and tile in the kitchen and glass block in the bathrooms. On the North side of the home, by the front entry there is a Koi fish pond. There is another entrance in the center of the two buildings (the main house) and there is a little waterfall and a couple small ponds. Often there are baby Koi in here. The home is built in two buildings and there is a swimming pool and hot tub surrounded by a 900 sq ft flagstone deck attaching the two buildings. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a bonus half bath in the car-port area.

Golf Information: There are many great golf courses in Wailea to chose from. There is also another very close in Kihei. The yard here at this property is a great place to practice your putting stroke and pitch a few! Ball and clubs await!
