Calender of events for the 2007 Season
Join our 'Repeat Client' Club We are fortunate to have a number of guests who return to our homes on a regular basis. For example, Sharon and Walt Mullaney from Colonial Heights, Virginia, have been guests at 'The Stella Del Mare' now for eight straight years! And, we, of course, appreciate their loyalty and patronage. For our valued 'Repeat Clients', we offer the following benefits: --- a $50.00 deposit will hold the following year's week --- the weekly rental fee will be discounted at least 10% on subsequent visits, plus another 2% discount for any new guest referral Thankfully, our 'Repeat Client' list grows with each passing year, as visitors discover the quality and value of our properties. It is our goal 'to exceed the expectations of our guests'!
New Payment Options for the 2008 Season As always, we accept rental payments by personal check, money order, Visa or Mastercard. However, for the 2008 Season, we are introducing a brand new payment structure making payment of rental fees easier on your budget! Between now and September 15, 2007, a $50.00 deposit will hold a 2008 vacation week. Payments will be paid in the following arrangement: --- one-third of the weekly rental fee is due on September 15, 2007 --- the second third of the weekly rental fee is due on February 15, 2008 ---and the balance (including the lodging tax and refundable damage deposit) is due 60 days prior to check-in We hope that this new approach to making rental payments over a longer period of time will be well received by our clients in the coming year!
