Carlin Bay house Rental Property Information

This spacious, newly renovated and comfortable home is in the popular area of Carlin Bay. Enjoy the expansive view of Lake Coeur d'Alene from the multi-level decks. A lakeside fire pit and new dock will invite you outside for many lake activities. There is a nice level gravel beach area but water shoes are recommended to enter the water as it is a rocky entry. The upper-level floorplan is open and airy with living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom, laundry room, and a lofted master bedroom and bath. The main floor extends to two large decks for eating and entertaining. One is lake view and the other offers cool shade on hot summer afternoons.

The lower floor has two more bedrooms, a bathroom, and family room. This level opens onto the lower lakeside deck and provides access to the beach. There is also a large 'bonus room' that is ideal for extra sleeping space for those that like to bunk it in bags or where the kids can play and have their own space to spread out. This house truly offers all the comforts of home for your vacation enjoyment on Lake Coeur d'Alene. Parking is limited, there is space for 5 vehicles. No motor homes, campers or tents allowed. A campground is located 2 miles down the road at Carlin Bay Resort where there is a public boat launch.

Boat Rentals Harrison Boat Rentals is offering a 20% discount on pre-season reservations for the summer 2008.
