Wonderful family home on the ocean side of busy Ocean Blvd...**Very Important**...with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Located in a private beach community with private walkway to the beach and pool facilities on site. Features open living room with fireplace, screened porch, and sundeck all with ocean views. The home has an outside enclosed shower, sun deck and screen porch. First floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with a king-size bed and bath, second bedroom with a queen-size bed and bath, and a laundry room. Second floor has a bedroom with a bunk bed that has a double mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top, a bunk room with three bunk beds (six twins), and two half baths with a shared tub/shower (Jack and Jill). Towels and Sheets included. **No Smoking** and **No Pets** thank you!

This house is in a private community of 12 homes with a pool. Only 3 of the homes are available for rent therefore very private. This house has one of the closest to the ocean accesses of any homes on Isle of Palms. Very important is the fact that it is on the ocean side of the very busy Palm Blvd. It is set up to be a very comfortable vacation home. Enjoy
