Short walk to beach and dining yet quiet location. A great Outer Banks vacation rental property, it is across the street from, and an easy walk to, the beach access. Short walk down beach to lifeguard stand. It's convenient to great shopping and eating establishments, as well as many exciting and historic places on the Outer Banks. Nearby activities include great hang gliding, wind surfing, and golf. And don't forget some of the greatest fishing on the east coast. Whether it's on the pier, in the surf, or on a boat, you are sure to get your catch!

This house is located at mile post 9.5 and with in walking distance of most area restaurants. Although I would recommend having a car, it is not a necessity. Being right on the border if KDH and NAGS HEAD has its advantages. The beaches are very wide here and the pet laws are a little less strict in the summer time.

In 1991 I visited the Outer Banks and said, after staying just a few day's, 'someday I'm going to buy a beach house here' Well in 2004 I found one....! We enjoyed it so much, all I could think about was getting another. Well here it is, my second cozy vacation cottage with all the modern conveniences. With three close beach access's, it is sure to give you a true OBX beach house experience. SHORT walk to beach and dining. Walk to shopping and gift shops. We decided to purchase this house because of it's cozy quiet location, there are no cross streets. The street consists of mostly privately owned cottages, yet it is still a short walk to the best of what the outer banks has to offer. After 2 and a half more years of searching, I found another gem in Kill Devil Hills, and now we want to share it with you. Make this outer banks vacation home YOURS even if it is only for a week or two a year, you will simply love it here.
