San Telmo is the oldest neighborhood in BA and today is inhabited by diverse community of people, from the old immigrant from Italy or Spain to the young artist community and expatriates from USA and Europe. There is the market from 1897 where you can buy great Argentinean cheese, great produce an of course excellent meet. The apt is 3 blocks from plaza d Dorrego where you have the antique fair on Sundays and many more things... Actually San Telmo is walking distance to Puerto Madero where there is a great natural reserve. There you’ll see the native costal wild life that reclaimed its place by the giant city. Also you'll be walking distance to downtown BA and close to historic BA.
