Located on the Sugar White Sands of Panama City Beach this 17th Floor condo is a dream come true, of Beautiful Sunsets, Crystal Clear water and fabulous beach life! Our unit features a one bedroom, King Size Bed, with TV and DVD/VCR. The living area has a Queen Size sleeper/sofa for extra guests plus is furnished with a TV and DVD/VCR. The fully furnished and well equipped kitchen is waiting for you! This building is directly on the Beach. You park across the street, covered from the sun in your own private parking place which is only a few steps away from the third level air conditioned street walkover. You have an uncrowded beach front with plenty of room for towels, chairs and umbrellas. When you want to stay indoors we have a Gulf Front exercise room with great equipment, indoor swimming pool, Starbucks Coffee and Sandwich shop. We also have our own theatre! The swimming area is incredible with two outside pools, kiddie pool and hot tubs.
