From the Innkeeper 'You have to do Mardi Gras at least once in your life.' No idea who said that but it is true! New Orleans Zoos and Aquarium is now open. Mardi Gras revelers aren't the only wildlife in town. Snakes, alligators and sharks are all a lot more pleasant behind glass than up close and personal -- let the professionals handle the details, you just enjoy them.
