Cedar Crest house Rental Property Information
This fabulous mountain front home is ideal for large gatherings. The town of Cedar Crest is a scenic community filled with breathtaking views located approximately 8 miles east of Albuquerque and 50 miles south of Santa Fe. For the person who loves outdoors, partake in a game of tennis, hike and/or bike the local trails. If you enjoy golf, take advantage of the opportunity to adventure one of the world’s renowned courses…the Paa-Ko Ridge golf course. Ranked as one of the top courses in the country, the Paa-Ko Ridge golf course is located just 5 miles north of the property. During the winter season, explore the Sandia Ski Area, with ski lessons for all ages conveniently located about 10 miles north of the retreat. Ultimately, you’re not too far from the city, where you can visit the local casinos, fine dining, and tons of live theatre. You’ll be conveniently positioned about a half mile from all of your needs (grocery store, video rental, gas station, restaurants, banks, ATMs, etc)

This mountain retreat is nestled in the Cibola National Forest. A primarily wooded scene, it provides the best of both worlds. It’s a massive 2,850 square foot home with a bottom floor complete with 2 bedrooms, a living area and a full bathroom ideal for in-laws, kids, and/or family entertaining. The bottom level has one of several entrances to the wrap-around decking, great for barbecues, and peaceful relaxation. The top level has 3 spacious bedrooms including a master suite with a jetted tub. The open floor plan enables for great interaction while cooking, dining or lounging. A private entrance leads out to the upper deck with an awning that can be used all year round. Have a cup of coffee, tea or your favorite latte on the deck and put your cares at ease or invite the entire family for a feast with spectacular scenery. If this is a get-a-way for two, have a candlelight dinner and enjoy the view of moonlight and/or gaze at the stars for hours on end.

Scenic drives and Casino Enjoy sight-seeing and antique shopping in the neighboring towns of Madrid, Golden and on through Santa Fe. Directions: Head north on Hwy 14 Casino - head south on Hwy 14 until you reach I-40 and head west into Albuquerque. Take the Tramway (167) exit and head North until you approach the Casino (15 miles). College sports - University of New Mexico Lobos, contact us for more information! Dining and Theatre - will provide literature upon request!
Skiing Information: The Sandia Ski Area is not far from the retreat. Head north on Hwy 14 for about 3 miles, head west on Frost Rd and follow the signs to the Ski Area.
Golf Information: Paa-ko Ridge Golf course rated the # 1 golf course in New Mexico. Head north on Hwy 14 for about 6-7 miles. Golf course will be on your left (West)
