Beamed ceilings and skylights enhance the large main floor which has an open plan living room with fireplace, dining room with large table and kitchen with new appliances, island and stools for additional seating. Access to two decks. There are two bedrooms and full bath on main floor. The ground floor has den, two bedrooms, full bath and full laundry room with direct door to outside. The layout is perfect for two families vacationing together. Main deck has gas grill, picnic table and chairs with large umbrella. Sunset deck has glider and umbrella. Additional table and chairs in the yard. Six sling type beach chairs, boogie board, beach toys and a large cooler are available to enhance your fun at water's edge. Bring your own or use our three bicycles to explore back roads and lanes leading to the bay. Will provide starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Parking for multiple vehicles.
