Pet friendly, limit of two pets. There is a fenced dog park at the Sun City Center Community Association. Extra charge for cleaning after pet visits. There is a 3 week limit for children under 18 and guests under 55, as this is a retirement community. $150 per month extra for each extra person (if more than 2). Club also has fitness center, outdoor pool, whirlpool, steamrooms, spa facilities with massage, manicures etc. as well as a restaurant. $50 transfer fee will be split with renters. Sun City Center facilities include indoor pool, fitness center and access to 200 clubs. Golf privileges not included in rental. Driving to Disney is approx. one and one half hours. Ellenton Outlet Mall is about one half hour. St. Petersburg beaches, Tampa and Sarasota attractions are all very accessible. House has two TV sets, one with DVD and CD player.
