Snowed Inn Estes is just 5 minutes from downtown Estes located off highway 36. This is an area that is sparsely populated and sits on nearly two acres with no one behind and on one side of the house. In 2008 all new log exterior and river rock accents. New LCD HDTV and Home theatre system. The house has been professionally decorated and remodeled. A detached guest house can be rented in addition to the main house and is a one bedroom apartment that gives additional sleeping for overflow with it's own privacy. Much detail is given to luxurious furnishings in a beautiful mountain setting. Wireless DSL and unlimited continental U.S. long distance included. Luxurious bedding - high count cotton sheets, flannel sheets, plush micro fleece blankets, down comforters make crawling into bed a pleasurable experience. All natural cleaning supplies used.er and personal. You will want to spend alot of time on the newly redesigned covered porch.

Snowed Inn is a great place to get away from the traffic and business of Estes Park and enjoy the private mountain scenery. Many amenities are provided to make your stay more enjoyable and cost effective. Many spices and condiments including flour,coffee, and teas are available. Plush bedding such as micro fleece blankets, down comforters, high count sheets and flannel sheets in cold weather make the nights cozy and comfortable. Natural cleaning supplies are used and include laundry detergent for your personal use as well as natural shampoos and conditioners and personal soaps, so even the the person with allergies will be comfortable during their stay. New LCD HDTV and new home HD Theatre System with Ipod dock.

Adding the guest house makes this a great place for a small family reunion or retreat. Plenty of parking areas and a large covered deck make being outside possible during most weather. Plenty of snow available in winter of 2007.

50% deposit to confirm booking. Remaining 50% plus 3.7% sales tax due at check in. A credit card will be held for theft and damage deposit. Upon inspection of home, any theft or damage will be discussed with owner and renter and billed at replacement cost. Cancellation policy: A cancellation more than 60 days from date - full refund plus $75 administrative fee. Cancellation less than 60 days - one half of deposit will be refunded. Cancellation 30 days or less from date - no refund. Travel insurance is encouraged to prevent loss in case of change in dates.

Skiing Information: Cross country skiing and snowshoeing areas are close by in Rocky Mountain National Park. Downhill skiing near Boulder at El Dora or Summit County skiing is 2 hours away.
