The air conditioning is limited to master bedroom but there are fans in the home for comfort. There are limited beach toys for children. Would suggest bringing your own. The telephone is for local calls only. Recommend phone cards as occasionally cell phones do not work on the water. If need should arise, renters may use my fax machine and computer at my office a couple of blocks away.

You are only 15 minutes north of the village of Lexington which is loaded with charm also and has many summer activities for all ages. Add another 15 minutes and you are in Port Huron where you will find all the Big City luxuries if this is what you crave. No matter what your preference, we are sure there is something for everyone in our great little area.
