Panama City Beach house Rental Property Information

We invite you to enjoy a nearly perfect beach experience. 'Our' stretch of emerald blue water and white-sugar sandy beach is located in Inlet beach, a private beach community - from Oct. to April you can enjoy a mostly private beach. Even the summer months are relaxing - only a few more sunbathers. This home is freshly painted and recently decorated and features a large kitchen and great room with cathedral ceiling. The bedrooms are large and spacious. We also offer hi-speed Internet. Your pet is welcome and the cottage is Non-Smoking. The house is approximately 75 yards from the beach-close enough to open the windows at night and let the sound of the surf lull you to sleep. South Walton is family oriented and offers something for everyone. Starting at Inlet beach, the 18-mile bike path winds along Hwy 30A passing quaint beach villages, cafes, lakes and is a lovely way to start the day. Or just relax and read a book on the beach. The cottage is South of Scenic Hwy 30A and Hwy 98.

Shamrock Villa is located on a very quite residential street with just a 2-minute walk to the beach. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away. We are a 5-minute walk to popular Rosemary Beach and its amenities without the crowds & expense. Traditional and Outlet shopping is thirty minutes either east to Panama City Beach or west to Sandestin and Destin. Seaside (ten minutes to the west) and Rosemary Beach (walking distance) offer boutiques, restaurants, antiques, arts & crafts and other trendy shops and amenities. Destin and Panama City offer Gulf and fresh water-fishing trips as well as Wave Runner Eco-tours. Golf courses abound in South Walton, Panama City and Destin with the closest to us being Camp Creek Golf Course. There is the amusement park, miniature golf, giant slides, Big Kahuna or Shipwreck Island for the Kids, and Ebro Dog racing and Sea-breeze Winery tours for the adults!

Dog Racing in Ebro 'Experience the thrill of Greyhound Racing underneath the Florida skies. For over 50 years, Ebro has entertained millions of race fans hosting some of the most competitive Greyhounds racing throughout the country. It's World Class Greyhound Racing and you can bet on it!'

Panama City & Destin activities Both Destin and Panama City (approximately 30 minutes) offer lots of activities for the family such as Big Kahuna - a water sports and adventure park. Other activities include Miniature Golf, Go-Kart racing, Deep Sea Fishing, Dolphin Watch, Diving, Seaplane Tours, Wave Runner Eco Tour, Air-boat Adventures, and a Winery Tour and Tasting. Plenty to keep the family busy!
