Nadi villa Rental Property Information

Our Mediterranean style guest house located on the front section of our property. It is just 8 minutes from Nadi's international Airport and is the only residential area in Nadi located on the Beach. On the ground floor is a lounge with TV and DVD, a dining room, full kitchen, a full Japanese style bathroom with open shower to the stars, and a bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor you will find a spacious outdoor entertainment area, with mini bar, another bathroom, also with open shower to the stars, and two bedrooms. You will enjoy watching the stars from the terrace at night. The 12 meter swimming pool, with water slide and swim up bar is always refreshing in our warm climate. owner’s family. It is highly suitable as a getaway for a week or more. The house can accommodate a maximum of six people. The house is not child proof and is not very suitable for children under 4 years of age.

Our neighborhood is a small one with about 6-8 small backpacker hotels, and single family homes. Dining and evening entertainment like singing, and Fijian style dancing, called Meke is available at the local small backpacker hotels just a walk away. Just at the corner of our street, opposite the beach, is a dive company so if you'd like to take some diving lessons it's just a walk away or if you’re an experienced diver well it's the place for you. Just 5 minutes walk away is also the Nadi Golf club. There is the Denerau Golf and Racket Club, located on Denerau Island where there is also located 6 Five star resorts like the Hilton and Sheraton which also have evening entertainment. The Island is also where you will depart for any off-shore islands. We can arrange for off shore day trips or book you for a few days at an island suitable to your budget.

    There is also a $300 damage deposit fully refundable upon the last day and satisfactory inspection of the property concluding nothing has been damaged or is missing.

The upstairs two bedrooms are air conditioned. The rest of the house has ceiling fans. The house is a non-smoking house but in Fiji most of the time we are outside and smoking is allowed on the property outside. Children are welcome but the house is not child proofed. The House The guest house is very unique and artistically designed and furnished yet very comfortable. While it is ideal for a stopover it is also a great place to retreat to for a week and enjoy as your own home. You can cook as you like or not cook and enjoy the meals at the local motels just a walk away. Or if you prefer to go out for a meal, take a taxi to the main road, only 2 kilometers away where you will have a choice of Japanese, Mexican, German, Korean, Chinese, continental, Thai or steak houses. All locations on Viti Levu, as well as the off-shore islands are easily accessible from this one location. Breakfast of danish and croissants can be provided on request as well as dinners. We do have a cat and dog on the property so be aware if you are highly allergic to these types of pets.

The Owners We have been living in Fiji for the past 13 years and have a lot of knowledge about the country and tourist attractions. We live in the house on the rear of the lot. We're always available to assist you with your plans or any questions you might have.

The Neighborhood Newtown Beach is a cul de-sac neighborhood with only one road providing access to the neighborhood. It is about 3 kilometers from the main road where you can find a variety of international restaurants and about 7 kilometers form Nadi town where you will find all your shopping needs.
