Desirable point area with partial ocean view. This beachwalk location is on a direct beach access street! Quaint older cottage is an up/down duplex rented together. Basic, clean, comfortable accommodation is ideal for two families, or extended family.
Upstairs has full kitchen, living area, TV and VCR, washer/dryer, sundeck. Master bedroom has 1 queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds. Bathroom is spacious and newly renovated. A/C via window units, one in each bedroom, plus a large unit in the living area. No pets upstairs.
Downstairs has separate entrance with screen porch. Efficiency-size kitchen. Cinder-block walled construction, no washer/dryer or dishwasher. Both bedrooms have one double bed in each. Living space is smaller than upstairs. Small bathroom - standup shower only, no tub. 2 A/C units: one in the living area, and one bedroom. Pet friendly with fee and owner's permission.
