Mashpee house Rental Property Information

Get ready for the ultimate get away at our New Seabury vacation home. Ultra-private paradise in sought after New Seabury with the top amenities for your vacation. What could be better than a private pool and hot tub to start your vacation off right? The first floor boasts a open and bright custom kitchen with breakfast bar and a nice cozy patio. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom and private bath, along with another bedroom and full hall bath. The second level offers a wonderful guest suite offering a spacious bedroom, full bath plus a den area with pull out couch. Outside by the pool there is another full bath, and an outdoor shower. For your safety, the pool is fenced off from the back so little kids can't get access without your supervision. Please note that we just closed on this home. The furniture shown in the photos will be brand new and different when you arrive. I will take new photos in the spring so you can see the wonderful updates!

Mashpee Commons is less than a 5 minute drive where you can shop at the best stores in the area and buy great groceries at Roche Brothers.
