Located only minutes to Winter Park Ski Resort. This area is a favorite for skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and snowboarding in winter. Summer activities include mountain biking (over 600 miles of off-road trails), hiking, camping, fishing, rafting, and close to three golf courses (one of which is nationally ranked, Pole Creek). Stunning views of the Great Divide, the Rocky Mountains, and Arapahoe National Forest. Also close by is Lake Granby and Grand Lake for boating enthusiasts! The area is also famous for its summer festivals including; The Winterpark Jazz festival, Wine and food festival and various art festivals.
