Newly Built (2007) Ranch House with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with view of Lake Erie. This house is part of the Bayside Shores Waterfront Community with access to the private Beach, waterfront lawn, deck and boat dock, game room, playground and open grassy area. The entire property is family owned. Our property overlooks Bay Point and Johnson's Island, with a private Beach, huge wooden deck over the water, boat ramp, and floating boat docks. Plenty of space to play catch with a baseball or football, play volleyball, horse shoes, or to have a family reunion or large group gathering. Private Beach is only available to our renters. Free guest passes to the local Private Beach/Marina/Park Facility (sandy beach, nine hole par three golf, 18 hole miniature golf, tennis, basketball, volleyball, movies on the beach, walking trails, etc.), a private membership facility. Playground features a fort area, 3 swings, 2 turbo slides (small and large), and a large tube slide.

Our newly constructed rentals (Built in 2007) have all the amenities you are looking for. New interior throughout, including new kitchen cabinets, counter top, range/oven, microwave, bathroom, carpet, etc. Also has central air conditioning and a great view of Lake Erie (Sandusky Bay). Private Beach on property. Game Room - Our community gameroom offers ping pong, fooseball, football game, roll-a-score, etc. All furniture, pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. are all new. Access to the properties waterfront lawn, waterfront dec, boat docks, swing set and game room are a great added bonus. In addition, with free passes to the local private membership marina/beach/park (sandy beach, nine hole par three golf, 18 hole miniature golf, tennis, basketball, volleyball, movies on the beach, walking trails, etc.), which is only a half mile down the road. Within 20 minutes (driving time) of Cedar Point, Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahara Waterpark and Cedar Point's indoor waterpark.

Great place to relax and enjoy the sites of Sandusky Bay (Lake Erie) with the family and go boating, jet skiing, fishing or just relaxing next to the water after a day at Cedar Point or Put-in-Bay. Game room like no other in the area with a pool table, ping-pong table, fuss ball game, roll-a-score game, basketball, football, baseball, and hockey game. Also we have a huge Playground (Swing set/Fort) with swings, kid slide, turbo side, and tube slide for the kids.

Guest Book Great family friendly, clean, new, and affordable units and property. A lot of amenities for the money. We will stay here again and again. One of the best rentals we've stay in in the area. New units that have an open floor plan, clean throughout, new furniture and beds, great outdoor patio, gameroom, playground, beach, boat docks - what else could you ask for. Oh yah, very reasonable price for the area.
