This gorgeous, Non-Smoking unit has direct beach access to San Diego Mission Bay and a magnificent easterly view of an early morning sunrise, a mid-day view of all the boats of the Mission Bay Yacht Club, and during the summer months an evening view of the awesome Sea World fireworks. Just one block to the west, you will come upon the chaotic activity of Oceanfront Walk with its many walkers, joggers, roller-bladers, cyclists, and others all scrambling to stay out of the way of each other. You will also find the roaring waves of the Pacific Ocean and a wide expansive beach. Also, just two to three blocks to the south, the Mission Beach roller coaster waits for you - a snappy two minute ride on one of the oldest roller coasters around. Guaranteed to be one of the cleanest, most spacious 2 Br units in Mission Beach.

Parking for guess is available on El Carmel just 5 buildings to the north.
