Further Details for the cabin in Great North Woods, New Hampshire, USA

Deposit & Cancelation policy To hold your reservation, a $100 deposit is required. The balance, plus a refundable $200 security deposit, is due one week prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy – if the cabin can be rented for the time you reserved but canceled, then your deposit, less $50 will be returned. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival and it cannot be rented you forfeit your deposit. Guests are responsible for leaving the cabin in a clean manner. Any damage to the property, or cleaning fees incurred will be deducted from the security deposit. Any evidence of smoking or pets inside the cabin will result in a forfeited security deposit .
