Notes:

The Lower Retreat welcomes dogs (2 dog beds provided) and is wheelchair accessible up to 28'. There is also a fenced back yard to control both dogs and children, with access from the downstairs unit. Stairs to the beach are across the street (70). If this is a problem, there are parks at both ends of Elizabeth Street with ramps down to the ocean. As this part of Newport sits on a cliff, the views are excellent and we figure we are more safe from tsunamis than being at ocean level!

Online calendar, present on this website, does not allow for showing only one unit booking at a time. If the calendar shows no availability, this means the entire Retreat is rented; however, if the calendar shows availability this does not mean the entire Retreat is open for rental. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Pets Dogs are allowed in the Lower Retreat only. While we do this for the safety of our canine friends, we also do this for the convenience of our downstairs guests. When fido needs to go out in the middle of the night, the back door leads directly into the yard! We include two dog beds, a pooper scooper, and a couch sheet in the unit.
