The kitchen is open to the living area and has an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, small microwave oven and the necessary assortment of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc. for preparing and eating meals. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an adjacent half-bath. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, small TV, radio alarm clock and R.C. Gorman prints on the walls. The second bedroom has an ample closet, queen-size bed, radio alarm clock and Georgia O'Keeffe prints on the wall. Good quality bed and bath linens are furnished. The full bath has a tub with shower and a closet with a small, stacked washer and dryer.

Located in a quiet neighborhood and shielded from mainstream traffic noise by another building in the condo complex, the condo is a peaceful place to stay. There is ample free parking in the complex parking lot. The condo is not wheel chair accessible since one must go up six steps to reach the entrance. It is a Non-Smoking condo.
