Private Lake with floating dock no license required for fishing. Outdoor Fire Pit, Porch swing, Covered Pavilion Outdoor common area with picnic tables and large stone grill. Horseshoe and shuffleboard area. many hiking trails. Small Pond loaded with fish but they are very educated. We just added a NEW HD TV with DVR and it is fabulous 50 hours of recording so you can see your shows when you come back from your adventures. Football WOW! Movies Whew!!!!! You will love this added amenity.
