Why spend gas $$$ driving to the beach!!! Our unit is 3 houses to the sand! This unit is perfect for a couple but can sleep 4 if kids don't mind sleeping on a pullout sofa. Our studio comes with a fully equipped mini kitchen with microwave, stove with oven, a full bath (with tub), air conditioning, in-ground pool, built in gas grills with courtyards, picnic tables and outdoor shower. The kids will love jumping in the outdoor pool after spending the day at the beach. Say 'goodbye' to packing up the car and driving to a beach that may be 'full', not to mention the $15.00 per day parking rate!! If you are looking for a relaxing affordable vacation, this is it. For $ per day, all taxes included, and a seaside location, you won't find a better deal. You can walk to a nice restaurant, and market, no need to waste gas. Remember....September is a lovely time to be on cape..take advantage of the reduced rate per week..Multiple week discount considered.
