The world-renowned Hilton Head Beach is a short walk away. You can hop on the bike path from our villa's deck and ride to the beach or enjoy the many miles of bike trails throughout the island. You may choose to be chauffeured by the new Free service (available mid-March through mid-September) of the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. Get personal door to door service to anywhere in the plantation, Palmetto Dunes beach, Shelter Cove Harbor, Shelter Cove Mall, Restaurants, Tennis courts, any of the three golf courses and enjoy fireworks every Tuesday night at the Shelter Cove Harbor. The furnishings in this newly updated, three bedroom and two-bath, Queen's Grant townhouse are truly fit for a queen. A wide arched doorway leads from the brick tiled entry foyer to the spacious kitchen, where a classic combination of black and white couldn't be more in style. Black appliances, white cabinets, new counter tops, and a convenient pass window to the dining room are sure to please even the most royal chef.

The room-size formal dining area is part of the great room and is anchored by a large table with seating for a banquet of nine guests. In addition, there is a built-in corner hutch flanked by built-in buffet/storage cabinets along two walls. As the room expands into the living area, it opens to a trussed cathedral ceiling, a royal blue and white color scheme, and a cheerful blend of sunlight from both a large window and a set of slider doors, which open to a lovely landscaped courtyard area. The royal treatment continues with an overstuffed sleeper sofa and love seat, a comfortable lounge chair, an entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD, and a CD system.

Off of the dining area, a small vestibule leads to two bedrooms and a hall bath. The queen's chamber features a king-size bed crowned with a beautiful pineapple headboard, a matching dresser and nightstands, double closets, a TV/DVD, a slider door to the courtyard, and a private bath. The other bedroom has two double beds, a TV/DVD, and a connecting door to the hall bath. A stairway from the great room leads to a loft-like second floor and two more bedrooms to accommodate the queen's entourage. The first room has two single built-in platform beds and the connecting bedroom has a queen-size bed. Enjoy an afternoon cocktail with friends and relax on the new patio furniture provided.
