This 2400 square feet home is bright, spacious and has large rooms with full air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans and copious storage. The comfortable Great Room has 2 sofas and recliner armchair, a bureau and an entertainment center, with 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player and Sony CD, tape and radio system. Double sliding doors lead to the screened lanai at the rear which is furnished with a gas barbecue and an additional dining suite for 6 people. The 28' pool and spa allows plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining with a beautiful view over the golf course and lake.Casual chairs and loungers are also available. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a Whirlpool Gold double door fridge and freezer with indoor water and ice-maker and a breakfast bar with chairs. Next to the kitchen is the Morning Room with a dining suite seating 4 people. A separate utility room has Kitchen Aid washing machine and dryer, and links the kitchen with the double garage.

Golf Information: Crown Colony Golf and Country Club is a beautifully maintained 7013 yard 18-hole course designed by Ron Garl, with a fine clubhouse with extensive favcilities featuring lighted tennis courts, well-equipped fitness center and expansive pool. The championship layout features 5 sets of teeboxes for the enjoyment of golfers of all skill levels. The course is challenging with water hazards on most holes and is scenically beautiful with many topical birds and other wildlife.The clubhouse is a short walk away or 2 minute drive from the house and features formal and casual dining, casual grill and well-stocked pro shop. The Club also has reciprocal facilities with 35 golf clubs in the Fort Myers/Naples area. Temporary membership of the Club is available. The Club charges $200 to transfer the membership. Once established as a member, golf is free except for the cart fees of $20 and other personal charges.
