Premium cable service with high speed internet access included. Back deck offers view of the marsh and wetland conservation areas. Just steps to ocean, pier, or a drive on the beach. Charter fishing boats, 2 fishing piers, lots of nice restaurants on the island, with rentals for kayaks/scooters/windsurfing/boating/skiing/surfing close by. Bait and tackle shops, unique shops with local crafts and treasures. Just minutes from Historical downtown Wilmington and the riverfront for the day trippers. You can also take a Ferry to Bald Head Island for the day. Lots of fun, sun, and relaxation.
