Spokane cabin Rental Property Information

Watch the sunset through a full wall of windows. Lounge on the deck just 24' from the water. Let the kids play in the shallow, warm water area, directly in front of the house. Inside, enjoy the warm cork floors in the great room and prepare your meals in the well equipped spacious kitchen. Enjoy the large island with a prep sink. . For the summer months, there are fans in all the rooms, no AC. Radiant heating keeps the place toasty in the winter. There is a wheelchair ramp for entry with three foot doors throughout the downstairs. A seat in the shower with optional hand held heads make for easier access for a handicapped person. There are beds for 10. The carpeted loft has a futon and a 24 inch TV with DVD player. We are not connected to cable or satellite. We have provided some movies. Bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks etc. The boat launch is 1 mile away. We have a great dock with a bench. PLEASE NO CHECK IN'S AFTER 9 PM WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE CARETAKERS.

Diamond Lake is located 30 miles north of Spokane and 8 miles south of Newport. We are 40 minutes from Silverwood roller-coaster and water-slide park. 40-90 minutes drive from ski resorts. Many entertainments are available in Spokane. Newport offers grocery stores, a hospital and some restaurants, but is a small town. There is much beautiful scenery to drive through.
