Additional Info: The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The cottage has a very rare private yard. The yard faces south so you get sunlight all day. The cottage also has a large deck that is over 200 sq ft in size. It has a patio table and chairs for six, a chaise lounge for relaxing and a barbecue for grilling. The yard has a beautiful garden of tropical palms, shade trees and a lush green lawn. The yard is great choice if you have active kids or a pet. The cottage is light and airy as sunlight soaks the inside of the cottage through French doors that lead to the deck and yard. The kitchen is modern and bright with new cabinets and appliances. The living room, dining room, and bedroom all have oak hardwood flooring throughout. The cottage also has its own separate washer and dryer, a microwave and ironing board. A queen size sleeper sofa allows the cottage to accommodate up to Six people.
The cottage is a great choice if you desire a central location with private outdoor spaces for both kids & pets and is within walking distance to both the beach and shopping downtown.
