Winter Park house Rental Property Information
This beautiful mountain home is centrally located in the Fraser Valley. It is luxury in a rustic mountain setting. The home is situated on a large wooded lot giving you the peace and tranquility you are looking for in a mountain getaway. Yet, the home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and many other mountain recreational activities. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, and activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort. Relax in your own private hot tub or have some fun playing poker on a fully equipped poker table. There is also a big screen TV in the rec room with plenty of room for all to enjoy a movie together. Sleeps 12 to 14 people comfortably. Master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a queen bed, fourth bedroom has two double/twin bunks and there is a double sofa sleeper in the lower level recreation room.

Our Mountain Home is located on a private subdivision on a quiet road without any traffic. Nestled on 0.67 acres, you get tranquility and solitude. Yet we are only one mile away from the main highway running through Winter Park and Fraser. The free shuttle bus stop is 300 yards from our home. If driving, we are only a 10-15 minute drive from the Winter Park Ski Area. We are also 10 minutes away from both the Devil's Thumb Ranch Nordic Ski area and the Pole Creek Golf Course.
