The home his multi-levels with spectacular lake views from every room. Six bedrooms four full baths one half bath, 6500 sq feet make this home the perfect gathering place for a family vacation. Bring your boat; this home even has a boat dock! Swan Shores Lodge has over one acre of privacy in a park-like setting and is sheltered by cedar trees. Walk through the front door of this impeccably maintained home with open great room ideal for entertaining. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king size bed and jacuzzi tub in the master bath. A guest bedroom with a queen size bed and bath is also located on the main level. Second floor guest bedrooms feature twin beds and a queen size bed. The loft has a queen bed and lower level bedroom has a trundle bed in the shape of a power boat!

| Notes: | Also on the lower level is a large family room and features a pool table. Swan Shores Lodge offers magnificent water and mountain views, and is decorated with beautiful upscale nautical-style furnishings with designer touches, and wood pine floors throughout. This home has been completely remodeled with granite counter tops in the kitchen and in all the bathrooms. The Kitchen has and stainless steel appliances some of the small appliances we include that are not on the main list are ice cream maker, waffle maker, food processor and bread maker. All of the linens are 400 thread count and are professionally pressed. Pillow Top mattresses and down comforters and pillows throughout the house. We also have allergy free pillows and blankets available to our guests. Boat Dock and Boat Ramp on Site Swan Shores Lodge has a boat dock and we have our own boat ramp for guests that would like to bring their own boat. Ski Boat rentals available and can be delivered to our dock.
Winter Activities Cross County Skiing on Bug Creek Road is approximately 1.5 miles from Swan Shores Lodged. The trail is groomed every couple of days. Cross Country Skiing on Old Squeezer Road is approximately 15 miles south of the Ferndale Hwy 209 and Hwy 83 junction. Blacktail Mountain Nordic Center is about a 20 minute drive from the property.
