Further Details for the apartment in San Diego County, California, USA

This apartment was just converted to our newest vacation rental. The light and airy living room has high ceilings and skylights and is tastefully and comfortably furnished and the soft ultra-suede couch is a queen sofabed for additional guests. The California style kitchen is open to the living room and has tile counter tops, Saltillo tile floors and natural wood cabinets. The first bedroom has a top of the line queen bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a door out to a small balcony. Upstairs there is also a loft with a trundle bed (two singles). There are two bathrooms, a full bath/shower downstairs and a walk-in shower upstairs.

Cable Internet, WiFi and phone line with free nationwide long distance insures that you can keep in touch with work if necessary and there is a large flat-screen cable TV with DVD player.

No searching for parking at the beach as this unit comes with it's own garage. Extra large vehicles won't fit but there is free overnight parking a few blocks away. Boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella and two new red beach cruiser bikes are in the storage area. There is a also a laundry room near the garage for your convenience. Everything you need to enjoy a vacation at the beach!
