Always an ocean breeze through the wooded lot makes a/c unnecessary. Free long distance phone service & hi-speed internet. Both the public Cockle cove Beach & the more secluded jetty beach are a short 2-block walk from the house on a small sandy road

The beach is perfect for small children as it is very shallow and the change in tide offers loads of variety for beach combing. Beach walkers will enjoy the walk all the way to a distant light house. The public beach is groomed and guarded... nearby secluded beach offers a deep hole for great swimming and a channel for floating on the changing tide.
