Reservations are normally booked by the owner, with the Owners' Relations Department of ResortQuestNWFL. The information they require includes: the name, address and telephone number of the guest/client, the age of their children, as well as the number and expiration date of the Credit Card of the Client/Guest which will be used to charge the rental tour.
Once that information is provided, ResortQuestNWFL can charge the initial payment (15% of the Total Cost) to the credit card, and issue the Confirmation Number.
