Central air and heat for year-round temperature comfort. Marina on site, in/out boat privileges for additional fee through community assn. Can use owner's bike by arrangement. Secure community with guard. Safe for children, biking, walking. Dogs OK with prior approval. This is a unique round two-story home with skylight in living room and year-round comfort. Over 100 outlet stores are a 10 minute drive away, as are two fine beaches. Additional photos of exterior, large (16 by 26) deck, and interior rooms upon request. Community is Angola by the Bay. This home is in a waterfront community (wooded) centrally located between Lewes beach and Rehoboth beach. It is just off Route 24, about 4 miles west of Route One. It is close to three large tax-free outlet centers, several fine public golf courses, and the community has its own marina, pool and tennis. There are many music, film and arts festivals in the area year round, live music clubs, restaurants, and recreational activities.
