There are private deeded ocean beaches at both ends of the street - one just yards away, and the other, a short 10 minute walk. The house has a big yard for outdoor fun and plenty of parking. A covered patio area with picnic tables is perfect for eating and kids crafts on a rainy day. We leave lots of games, books, bikes, toys, beach things, etc. for summertime fun! Have a boat? Bring it and use the community boat ramp to zip over to Newport or Block Island for the day!
