Grand Bahama condo Rental Property Information

This vacation condo is located in a small newly renovated five unit complex on the canal, which offers a private and peaceful setting yet only a five minute walk to the beach, nightlife, casino, restaurants, shopping, strawmarkets, and most tourist attractions. This two bedroom, two bath unit is sparkling clean, newly and fully furnished with tropical decor and is updated frequently. The kitchen and master bathroom has been completely gutted and remodeled, and the rest of the unit has been re-tiled. The master bedroom has a new king size bedroom set and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a new set with a queen size bed. There is an L-shaped sleep sofa in the living room for an extra guest to sleep comfortably. A private pool is just footsteps from the back door. Enjoy a relaxing day by the pool away from it all or take a quick 5 minute walk up the road to the beach, the new hotel strip, shops, strawmarket, or Port Lucaya, which is the main center for tourist activities.

This condo is perfectly located. There is no need to rent a car. This condo is walking distance to nearly everything, beach, water sports, championship golf course (the course the senior tour plays) right across the street, Isle of Capri casino, the our Lucaya hotel strip, restaurants, shopping, drugstores, straw markets, nightlife, the grocery store, and port Lucaya/count Basie square. Just a 5 minute walk to all of these locations. Only a 10 minute ride to the airport.
