Upstairs are 3 rooms - 1 with a full bed with a view of the lake, another room with 2 twin beds with a view of the lake, and the 3rd room has 1 twin. An air conditioner upstairs keeps it cool. The beach is directly in front of the cottage! There is room to build sand castles, lay on the beach, sit at the picnic table, or sit on a bench and watch the freighters go by. People keep coming back to our cottages because they like the cottage feel with the wood on the walls, the cleanliness, the amount of room, affordability, and the closeness to the beach. Reading on the 2 person swing in the back yard is very peaceful or enjoy the fire pit while eating a burger from the grill! Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. Smoking is allowed outside. Dogs are welcome on leashes only. No more than 2 are allowed on the property. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Prior authorization is required for bringing your pet. Note: Availability is not listed on this website.

Welcome Book of Things To Do Each of our cottages have a welcome book that gives you ideas of places to go, restaurants near by, menus, medical information, theatre entertainment, golf courses, museums to visit, antique shops, bowling, miniature golf, drive in movie theater, where to walk, where to swim, and more! Our web site also suggests Things To Do like canoeing or horseback riding.

Music In The Park and the Theater Each Friday night during July and August, Lexington offers free Music In The Park at the Patrick Tierney park in downtown Lexington. Bring your chairs, drinks and munchies. It is an enjoyable time listening to the music, watching the boats, and enjoying your favorite beverage. The Lexington Music Theatre provides entertainment throughout the year from stand up comedians to live bands. Check out the official Lexington web site calendar There are several different pubs in Lexington. Stop by the Brewmaster's Pub or the Tap Bar which offers specialty beer, martini's, and drinks. There are not any TV's or smoking allowed in these pubs. The owner created the atmosphere for people to enjoy talking to each other. The Cadillac House & Steis's have good food and large screen TV's. Smoking is allowed but there is non-smoking sections.

Golf Information: Lexington has a 36 hole golf course which is only 5 miles away from the cottage. 20 minutes north of the cottage is a 18 hole golf course. Mystic Mountain Miniature Golf is located only 2 miles north of the cottages with a big waterfall!
