THE SUMMIT is the best located condominium beach resort in the area with the most to offer at an affordable price. Each unit has a view of the beautiful white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets from your own private balcony. There are two large swimming pools, two kiddie pools, two outside hot tubs, an indoor spa, a snack bar, tiki bar, Internet cafe,  laundromat, tennis court, his and her exercise rooms with sauna, game room, shuffleboard, and outdoor grilling area. The Summit is a gated complex with 24 hour security. Entrances are guarded. This unit is approximately 900 square feet and is located on the 7th floor - centrally located.  It has an impressive view of the Summit grounds and no building restrictions of our coastline view. Condo includes a combination of mirrors, crown molding, hanging light fixtures, ceramic flooring, carpet in bedroom , living room, & beautiful furniture.

With a king size bed, built-in bunk beds in the hallway, and a queen sofa-sleeper, our unit sleeps up to six people comfortably. Regretfully, no pets are allowed.
